ABOUT GENERAL FITNESS GUIDELINES
'General Fitness Guidelines' is a brand conceived as a response to the countless of methodological errors and ineffective treatments of modern medicine, as well as, the ineffective solutions of the fitness industry; both industries are geared to make the sale, rather than tell the truth - and teach people how to take care of their health and fitness!
It is the mission of General Fitness Guidelines to reshape the modern health and fitness industry. We want vibrant health and strength to become vogue!
We believe that information is the key for people to transform from an unwanted state of disease and weakness into a much better place of health and strength.
Observing the modern health and fitness industry, we have noted the fact that great information is sparse and often lacking (the reason being that most 'professionals' are salesmen, rather than industry experts). We believe helping our clients in an honest and effective manner is the way forward.
GFG wants to change the mainstream state of affairs. Our materials are more often than not free and can be read and applied right away for the individual's benefit!
Another poor aspect of the health industry is the ineffective methods in use:

Modern medicinal treatments have not lead to physical excellence and vitality for most people (there are more doctors than ever, yet people get sicker and sicker)

They have led to an absurd mentality of 'wishful thinking' (that pills can cure every problem), wrong expectations, and acceptance of being scammed (for money; the modern medicinal industry was made for endless cashflow by the robber barons - not for consumer benefit - as shown in our main works)

Most importantly, modern methods have not been succesful at curing diseases and ameliorating the Global Burden of Disease that continues to grow each year (as shown in our material)

The creator of the project, Lukas Tabrizi, has been on a long personal journey that taught him the importance and necessity of health and the basics of restoring and maintaining health. He was and is an avid health and fitness, whom began training at the age of 12, but developed health problems in his early 20'ies that were 'non-identifiable' by several doctors. That was when he took it into his own hands to do what mainstream medicine couldn't do: heal (in a natural way). His struggles with exercise, growing a strong body, disease and knowing all of the ins-and-outs of diet and training, wound up being the foundation that he now teaches from. Learn all that he knows to strengthen your base in life. It took four long hard years to develop the scientific material and solutions that he offers to his audience. Throughout these many years, he studied some of the best physiotherapists, trainers, athletes and natural doctors in the world, including Paul Chek, Cass Ingram, Dr. Pizzorno and other nutritionists and Ayurvedic practitioners. All of these experts revealed the basis of holistic medicine and provided the information needed to seek out truth of the science of physical excellence (not just health and fitness).
Based on the synthesis of many great experts and authors and years of self-sustained research, crucial information has been gathered in our materials. It is this knowledge that we want to share with you!
General Fitness Guidelines offers all of the information you need to achieve great health and build a great body.
When we become ill or are in a bad spot with regards to health, we learn how precious health is. It is the bedrock of our life.
